Essentials Pouch FAQ

Yes. The regular Amazon Kindle fits comfortably inside the Essentials Pouch. Please note the Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Colorsoft are too large for the pouch. If you're unsure which Kindle you have, check the back of the device for the model name.

The pouch is designed for everyday essentials and travel valuables - keys, cards, lip balm, AirPods, medication, a regular Amazon Kindle, passport and travel documents. The wide clamshell opening, mesh pockets and elastic loops are designed to keep different items organised and accessible. It is slim by design, so it is not suited to larger items like a MacBook chargers.

Not fully waterproof, but the water-repellent inner will protect your essentials from everyday spills and splashes. We would not recommend submerging it in water.

Yes. The Essentials Pouch is trusted by customers who need to carry medical supplies on the go - including members of the Ostomy community and those carrying an EpiPen. A standard EpiPen (approximately 5.5 to 6 inches) fits comfortably inside the pouch.

Wipe the exterior with a non-abrasive, antibacterial wipe - avoid anything with a bleaching agent. For a natural alternative, a diluted apple cider vinegar solution works well. The water-repellent lining can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

The vegan leather exterior is durable but like all leather-effect materials, it can pick up surface marks from contact with other items in your bag. Regular wiping with a non-abrasive cloth will keep it looking its best. If marks do appear, a diluted apple cider vinegar solution applied gently will help lift most surface scuffs.

Yes - it's one of our most gifted products. It comes packaged in biodegradable, recyclable or recycled materials and arrives ready to give. Popular as a gift for travellers, commuters and anyone who carries a handbag or backpack daily.

The exterior is a durable vegan leather. The water-repellent lining is made from 100% recycled polyester (rPET), certified by the Global Recycled Standard. Often sourced from single-use drinks bottles. And when you're done with the pouch, our free Return-to-Recycle scheme ensures the materials don't go to landfill.

We keep packaging simple to minimise waste. All of it is either home compostable, recyclable or made from recycled materials - so none of it needs to go to landfill. Check the individual packaging for disposal instructions.
