We’ve extended our returns window for the festive season. All orders placed from November 15th 2025, are eligible for returns until January 7th 2026.

Changed your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift? We refund purchases returned within 30 days. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

The cost of the return will need to be covered by the customer. OneNine5 cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend using a signed for service, when returning item to us.
